These were fun and easy to make, you just have to make sure you don't burn them!!! I burned my first batch, and my dogs ended up getting treats. When I figured out a good temperature to bake them at and for how long it was a breeze. At the end of the process these taste like homemade milano cookies with a pistachio crust.... yeah think about that one for a sec. Milano cookies are good, pistachios are good, combined they are amazing! I had no idea when I was making these that it would turn out how it did. It was quite serendipitous.
