DECEMBER BLENDER...

I made a few more cookies today... These however are REAL you can eat them and your teeth won't fall out of your face. These are linzer cookies and red velvet crinkles! The linzer has a strawberry filling if you were wondering. If you haven't had them, they're sort of a crumbly texture with bits of pecans mixed into the dough. The powdered sugar adds just the right amount if sweetness to this jam filled cookie! The other cookie is the opposite.... It's light and cakey but has rich flavor that makes one or two just enough!

Baking day!

Today I've been baking and making dough for Christmas cookies.... So far we have chocolate crinkles... Chocolate chip crack cookies and Chinese chews.... I'm currently baking up some red velvet crinkles I've never tried this recipe so I'm hoping it taste right... Ill post more cookies tomorrow happy holidays!!! Cookies!!!

Clay Truffles

DECEMBER BLENDER.... Day 22

This is just a bit of what I've been working on lately... Can't show you everything till after everyone has opened up gifts. These are life size and put into a candy box so when you look at them it'll be more realistic. I'm really glad I was able to find a candy box or else I don't think it would have come out as cool. Anyway, I'm off to set up the rest of the tree! See you guys later... Oh yeah, earlier today when I was out shopping found some cool cookie cutters... Might try them out for some Christmas cookies tomorrow.

Dessert Brooch

DECEMBER BLENDER! Day 21.... The beginning of a new cycle on the Mayan calendar! [yes Dave, I know I'm a nerd.]

Anyhow... Today issssssss a brooch! I was wearing it out while shopping today for Christmas presents ^.^ I put one on my purse as well as my sweater... I've seen a few of these kind of brooches around, but not many. Whenever I'd see them on someone or something I'd always want to know where they got it, I never found out. BUT I did the next best thing, I made my own!

Lollipops and Cotton Candy!

Thought I'd leave you all with happy thoughts of a warm summer since its been freezing outside lately. What's more summery than sugary confections that can get stuck in your hair? Lollipops as big as your face and pink fluff balls of candy....YUM! Circus anyone?

Spring Rolls!

DECEMBER BLENDER! Day 19 still

Hey all, I told you to stay turned... And now.... I finished my Spring Rolls! Nom! These were super fun to make, I do want to make some slight changes though. I want to make a thinner wrapper so it's more like the actual wrapper of a spring roll, but all in all.... I think it looks pretty good for a first time, don't you? Made sure I even had the peanut sauce on the side with a sprinkling of sesame. Even decided I should make the black wood grain plate so it could display better for you guys!

Tea and Truffles

DECEMBER BLENDER! Day...18!? That's crazy.... I think I should start buying presents.... Ugh.

Okay! Anyway, today is a nice relaxing day with tea and truffles... Which I actually wish today was. I went out into the world to get groceries and it seems like everyone has lost their minds!!! Be safe out there people! Everyone's got The Christmas Madness. However, a nice cup of tea does sound nice right about now, maybe I'll hop on that! You should also go unwind ...and get stabbed while you put some ornaments on the tree!

Log Cake! And Peppermint Candies

DECEMBER BLENDER! Day.... Whatever it is today....

Ok boys and girls I've been gone for a few days since I got my wisdom teeth out. The pain killers they gave me were way too much, so I was bed ridden for a few days couldn't move and felt super dizzy and sick to my stomach the whole time.... But when I stopped taking them.... TA-da! All better! Anyway didn't want to keep you waiting for my little clay works... I'll be doubling up to make up for lost time. Some days may have two posts or maybe one post but picture two things.... You get the drift.

I made peppermint candies and a chocolate log cake.... Figured I might as well decorate the cake with them since I made them... AND I also put some in a wrapper to go! =]

Waffle Phone Case

I made a waffle phone case today... I needed a change from the mini for a moment. Took me a while to figure out how to make it but here it is... Maybe I'll try to make a fried egg. Bacon and toast cases too! We shall see.

Today's menu is mini apple pie! It's hard to think of the holidays without apple pie.... Soooo I made little plates with pie! And then..... They will be necklaces.... However if I can make the slices smaller they will be EARRINGS! Ooooo ahhhhh.... I love how these came out!!! Next up? We shall see....

I had soooo much fun making these blueberry pies! Sorry it took so long, I had a show earlier today. When I came home it was time to watch the UFC fight... That's really not a lot of time, and still I had to think of something to do for you tonight! I thought up these little guys while staring at my clays, enjoy!
