Hey everyone,This is day a thousand and two of cookies... today is a thumbprint peanut butter cookie! It's delicious! It's not your usual chewy kind of cookie... I don't really care for those too much, however I do love light and crunchy which is just what this cookie happens to be.
I hope everyone had a good Christmas, I know I did! So much good food, gotta love the holidays! I think it's time to relax and get some art done.
