Okay so today is a Chocolate Sandwich cookie...
These kinda taste like.... well, they taste like a chocolate sandwich cookie. I don't really know how to say that any other way. It is more buttery which is always a plus, after all butter makes the world go 'round. The filling is definitely richer than you'd expect, this is a DOUBLE chocolate cookie... the filling has white chocolate, it's creamy and rich.
If you're wondering about the color of the filling, it's Christmas, c'mon get with the holiday season like me =DH!L.
